Apparently according to the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition, “women should (should?!) be able to perform between 1-3 pull-ups, and 5-9 reps is considered fit and strong.” This seems pretty crazy to me as someone who has tried decently hard to get my arms stronger and never been able to do one :S.
