In the spirit of the Running of the Bulls in Champaign, our 5K runners take off on a neighborhood loop course in Champaign…with a head start. Several minutes later, a group of fast runners begin their chase of the runners, all headed to the finish line. Those that “beat the Rams” to the finish line receive a special prize.
The event also includes post-race activities for kids, a kid’s run (Running of the Lambs) and will feature WBGL Morning Show Host Johnathan Eltrevoog.
The Running of the Rams is a fundraiser for St. John Lutheran School.
