2015 DRC PACE Series Rules:
This series is designed to reward DRC members who finish and/or volunteer for the races on DRC race circuit. Your eligibility starts once your membership has been processed.
15 bonus points will be given for finishing or volunteering at a DRC races.
5 bonus points will be given for volunteering for DRC races (Members are responsible for verifying their volunteering).

Shoreline Classic
Sand Creek Trail
One Wild Card will be allowed…You may choose another race to replace any race in the PACE Series except the DRC Races. Points will be awarded to the distance run. Wild Card can only be used as on the same day of the Participation Series race. The member is responsible for providing information to the DRC verifying finishing of the Wild Card race, within 30 days from the event.
DRC board reserves the right to alter these rules when necessary.
DRC board will make the final decision on any and all discrepancies.
Must complete 2 of 4 DRC Races to qualify for PACE Series.
A Volunteer sheet will be provided at the race and is the responsibility of the member to sign.
In a DRC Family Membership all members of the family must be listed.(for tracking purposes)
Points Awarded
- 2m – 5k = 5 points
- 4m – 8k = 8 points
- 10k – 12k = 10 points
- 15k – 10m = 15 points
- 1/2 Marathon = 20 points
- Marathon = 30 points
Awards Tier System
- Tier 1 – 75 – 124 points
- Tier 2 – 125 – 199 points
- Tier 3 – 200+ points
Example: Penguin in the Park
5 points for finishing race, 15 bonus points for completing a DRC RACE, 5 points for volunteering = 25 points total
OR
5 points for race day Volunteering (non-racer), 15 points for volunteering at DRC Race = 20 points total
